Bad experience. Bad customer service

Hi Mariam. Im very sorry for the bad experience. However, the product was exactly as per your requirement. About the delivery, our rider waited at the delivery location for 1 whole hour and the recepient was still unavailable so he left. That was the only part that went wrong, and I am really sorry to say that the fault was not on our side.
