Refund policy

Errors / Mistakes:

- Each and every product at Inscribed Gifts Kenya is done with deep precision. We never have any errors / mistakes in our finished products. However, we are Human too:)

In case of a mistake / error the below shall apply:

1. If the error/mistake identified is by the client's side, the only option is modification or replacement at client's cost.

2. If the error/mistake has been made by Inscribe, it will be replaced at our cost.
